Pre-Listing/Seller’s Inspection

This invaluable walkthrough will highlight the home’s best and worst features. You’ll even find out what things in your home need to be repaired or replaced, which may get you a sooner closing date!
New Construction Inspection
Purchasing a newly constructed home is one of the most exciting moments of life. However, before you begin moving in, be sure to have the property inspected first. There are several things that could have gone wrong during the construction process, including common contractor shortcuts. If we notice anything like that, we’ll alert you immediately.
New Construction Phase Inspections
Is your contractor getting ready to begin work on what will eventually be your newly constructed home? The best way to ensure that everything goes according to plan is by hiring us to periodically visit the construction site. We’ll look at everything and will let you know if something doesn’t look right.
11-Month/Builder’s Warranty
A year may have seemed like a long time when you first moved into your home, but it’ll be over in the blink of an eye. Don’t miss out on making sure you catch everything your builder should be responsible for. Book us 11 months after you move in, and we’ll let you know about any areas that your builder should fix.
Home Maintenance Inspection
The best way to ensure your home stays in good shape is by scheduling regular Home Maintenance Inspections. Our team will inspect your home’s critical systems and components. We’ll let you know if anything is going to need to be fixed or replaced in the near future.
4-Point Inspection
Depending on the age of the property you’re interested in, you may be required to go through a 4-Point Inspection. This doesn’t replace a full Buyer’s Inspection, but it will satisfy your lender.

Loan Draw Inspection
Your lender will not typically make all the funding available at the beginning of construction. Instead, they’ll want to get Loan Draw Inspections completed before releasing each chunk of the money. We’ll inspect the construction site to make sure everything is still on-time and on-budget.
Re-Inspections
It may not seem necessary, but it’s a truly good idea to have your home Re-Inspected before you sign on the final dotted line. This allows you to make sure that everything you noted on your Home Repair Addendum was properly addressed. Additionally, it gives us one last chance to see if anything has gone wrong since your last inspection.
Wind Mitigation
Let us help you get an insurance discount by performing a Wind Mitigation inspection service. During this inspection, we’ll check out your home’s readiness for a hurricane. If your Wind Mitigation is up to snuff, you’ll usually receive a reduced insurance premium!
Pool/Spa Inspection
We will take a look at your entire pool and/or spa setup to verify it works. This includes looking at the pool deck and the plumbing connections. Let us inspect your pool and/or spa to ensure it will help the value of your home instead of hindering it.
Moisture and Air Leak Detection
By booking this inspection service, you’ll be able to save a lot of money in the long run. We’ll help you find all access points for air leaks and moisture. From there, getting them repaired will cut your energy bill!
